I thought about adding a 44Mag barrel, but haven't convinced myself of that yet, I'd like to see a couple new ones slugged before I commit to one.

Got word today that my .444 is done, but they want to do some testing on it Friday to see how it shoots 265gr Hornady Light magnums Hornady Leverevolution ammo, so it will be another week+ before it shows up.

If they ship it Monday, I'll get it on the 7th.

What do you mean THEY are going to test it? They should just hire you and Stimpy to test out the rifles at the factory. I am sure they know who you are by now. And granted there is a lot of Handi knowledge on here but few know handi's like you guys. Plus imagine what you could do with an employee discount?

If they were to provide the factory ammo for you guys to shoot then you would have to let me know what brand you would use so I could buy some stock first. You guys could probably raise it a few percentage points by yourselves one shot at a time!

The 7th is assuming shipping gets it out the day they get it which I would assume to be Monday, but they might get it out Friday too which would make delivery the 4th, but sometimes in gets bottlenecked in shipping tho. Just depends on how much "testing" they do. $:-\$

I wouldn't say that wanting you to come to the P-dog shoot is illegal. And holding your barrel to ensure that you show up really isn't illegal, just smart thinking. I would say it would be doing you a favor to hold your barrel hostage until you get there. At least you would have an excuse to tell your wife!

For what it is worth I got my 243 barrel back today 5 weeks to the day , so maybe Quicks will follow that time line
