I own a Remington M750 in .308WIN. carbine, only few jams due to not cleaning after the cleaning no jams at all.. Best hunting rifle i ever own. Better handle than old .30-30..

I'm in the same boat you are in Mike.  I know of one shop that has a 35 Whelen carbine, but I don't want to deal with one that jams.  And no one is able to order one.

35 Wheelen is not a standard caliber for the Remingtons and you usually have to wait until they become available.

Your best bet would be to look for a used Remington 7600 or a Gamemaster pump.

You can order one FFL - FFL from Grice Wholesale in Clearfield PA.

They are the number 1 distributer of Remington Arms on the East Coast.

35 Whelen is a standard cataloged caliber for the 750 Woodsmaster. It's both in the catalog and website.

Thanks but I have a 7600 35 Whelen, 7600 35 Remington carbine, both from Grices.

Own one in 308 and still trying to get it to cycle properly. I am told by a Remmy rep in Canada that the problem is the mag and they are coming out with new mags in a month or so.

Have a 750 in 35 Whelen with the 22" barrel for about a year now.  It has been very well behaved.

OK, I'm thirty days from buying this rifle. Any more opinions? Please tell of your experience. Thanks, MIKE
