No I was not talking about looks, assembly has it's price. It just looks to me that the bolt hole could be uncomfortable in a heavy recoiling gun it also seem possible for it to pick up a twig or something and drive it into the web of your had. But again that is just how it looks to me, reality could be very different. As for plastic stocks I expect them to be butt ugly for me the best that could be said about a plastic stock's look is that "it's not but ugly". a hansom stock will be sporting wood of some sort, either solid or plywood OK laminate
. And actually I do like the looks of that slug gun's stock.
