Remmy 700 XCR Tactical on track to hit Dealers mid-summer '07

Incase anyone out there was interested in this model.....

I made the rounds to Gander and Dicks to place an order for this model last Friday but neither place had it listed in their Distributor books. I emailed Remington asking if it's release was delayed or maybe the model got canned.

Thankfully it is still being released  I will give an indepth review once I get some *hands on* time with this sexy rifle. *Yes I have issues* 

The hard part is refraining from buying other models in order to fill the void. The CDL SF comes to mind, and I still haven't gotten a Sendero SF II yet! For shame!

I like the 700 XCR,but not the pump gun. Why would they only chamber it in .223? Oh well,please give us details when you get one. One in 300 WIn Mag would make a nice long range gun I'm thinking.
