Mike called my gunsmith today and stated to him "I hear you have a problem with a customer" and my smith said no, my good customer has a problem with you. Anyway, Mike did coordinate my gun pick up and apologized and it is on the way back and I hope it gets repaired this time. Actually mike is the sharpest one we have delt with so far and seems really concerned about this issue. His ext# is 227 ,,,,,Art
