Hello from Georgia,
I have always liked shooting at night. We have had some very interesting shoots at my range that have started at dark. I simply put good reflective tape on the plates , and place reflective "deer eyes" on a target and iluminate them with a flashlight . It is fun to hit things at 300 + yards when the temperature drops after a long hot summer day. I have also heard of people putting light sticks in helium balloons tied to remote control cars to make a cool moving target. We have actually completed a few "experiments" that were very cool to see at night. With a good safe place to shoot, understanding neighbors(few), and a few guns, we are truly blessed. Have a good weekend.
