The one he carried in a shoulder holster in the movie "The Outlaw Josie Wales." I was watching it again last night and played name that pistol.
Then I got to thinking about it again just now while reading another member's thread. He was talking about his new 1849.
It seems to me the movie played pretty loose with the same people carrying cap and ball or cartridge conversion pistols depending on the scene. Other then that it appeared that Eastwood carried a pair of Dragoons in hip holsters, an 1860 Army or '61 Navy in his belt, and at least a brace of 1860's in saddle (horn) holsters.
But for some reason I didn't pay that close attention to the shoulder holster gun. As I think about it, it appeared to be one of the, what 1862 - '63, .36 cal, 5 shot "Police" versions... Anybody know?
If you do know the answer to this bit of trivia, then tell me, were they originals, Pietta's or Uberti's!?
