can a .410 be turned into a 45-70

is it possible to turn a .410 single shot into a 45-70. I know you can shoot .45 long colt ammo through these,  but can a 45-70 shell fit in and fire. If not what would need to be done to make it shoot safely?
A NICELY PLACED SHOT, IS THE BEST LOOKING THING THROUGH A HIGH POWERED SCOPE

NO. Shotguns are NOT rifles and are not intended to be. They operate at much lower pressures than even a black powder round like the old .45-70. Let's just end this one early on and say no this is dangerous talk and I do not wish it to continue here.
