Why is the eye relief so low at 3.3"? I personally love my Elite 4200s and 3200s, but most of the 3200s that I was looking at had about the same eye relief - 3.3" so I passed on them without looking twice when considering a scope for my Kimber in .300WSM. As such, I spent a lot more money so that I could get the Leupold (of which many people know that I think are overrated and overpriced) just because it had eye relief up to 4.4"!!
I know that there is a trade off between FOV and eye relief, but it seems that the majority of manufacturers build scopes in favor of FOV, yet it seems to me that most people prefer eye relief. The Zeiss Conquest 3x-9x-40mm has 4" of CONSTANT eye relief. That's a blessing!
