See the FAQs and Help sticky trigger info links on how to R&R the trigger group. But you don't need to remove the hammer to modifiy it, just use a dremel stone or sanding bit on the spur to lower it a little, see the low profile hammer mod links in the FAQs too, there are several options, some involving removing the hammer, others just modifiying the spur while it's mounted on the rifle.
