CVA 410 shotgun

I am wondering if any of you have any experience with the CVA double bbl 410 BP shotguns and what a fair price for one in 75%-85% condition is. it has the rabbit ears and that.

The guy wanted $165 but not sure if that was a good price or not due to having never seen one and i wanted it to but didn't have the money to buy it.
