Help with 410 loading [444 brass]
« on: January 10, 2011, 05:52:36 PM »
Can someone please walk me through all of the steps involved in loading 410 from 444 marlin brass?  I just bought a brand new H&R 410 and have some 444 brass.  Can I use wads cut from readily available products??  Card over both powder and shot??  What is the best substance to hold the top wad in place??  Glue, RTV, candle wax??
I have several pounds of WC820 that I have used in my NEF 44, I hear this is a good 410 powder.  Any input??  How many grains??
Thanks for all the input!!!!
Jeff
