A federal judge ruled the Trump administration cannot end a Biden-era program that allowed migrants from four specific countries to enter the U.S. and work legally.

More than a half-million Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans were granted entrance into the country under then-President Joe Biden's humanitarian parole program, the Miami Herald reported.

Judge Indira Talwani, from the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, said Monday the paroled migrants can stay in the U.S. while they pursue immigration benefits

Tell me this! How in the hell can a Federal District judge run the WH, and override a presidential order? And isn't it a coincidence that they are all Democrat judges. I don't remember this happening when Democrat Presidents are in office by a Republican appointed judge. This worthless congress has to start doing their damn job. Otherwise, they remain as useless as teats on a boar hog.

Why? Because republican appointed judges are just as corrupt as democratic appointed judges. These illegals you speak of were the secret middle of the night flights to small airports by the federal government.  Do you believe that the Republicans didn't know about them, or just didn't care enough to point it out?
Right now the Republicans hold the House, the Senate, and the White House. Why aren't those tax cuts already in place BEFORE THE TARIFFS were put in place? The whole world knew the tariffs were coming.

  Sadly; if these firefights do happen..the "sanctuary cities" can blame themselves for it !  In fact, if these criminals who the "sanctuary" jurisdictions

The Judiciary, a.revered, quiet, and heretofor "trusted" component in the fabric of the United States of America, should have stayed quiet and kept its political opinion to itself. It has always ben obvious on which side of the political coin, many of the judges fall.

That some of those judges now wish to rise up and have the white-hot national spotlight focused upon them (as apolitical arbitors) lowers their persona to just another bottom feeder in the swamp.

We the People are now white hot focused right where the Judiciary SHOULD NOT want us to look. THE JUDGES are a part of the problem, whereas historically, this nation looked to its quiet, head down, hood on, reverent almost, "unbiased" Judicial Branch for a binding and final determination, which We The People swallowed and soldered on.

The court, staying in it's own lane, had the last word on an issue. Now, the gloves are off. The sancituary of the court is cracked, chipped, and broken. Politics is at rampant play in everything. Nothing is certain. Nothing stays fixed. No man has honor. Trust but verify.

The only way to kill a thing is to do it yourself and now, that "slippery slope" is where this Nation is headed.

Hopefully these firefights never happen. Police are shot on an almost daily basis nowadays. I'm hoping/praying, and thinking, that ICE is using well coordinated, well man-ed, surprise tactics to arrest these illegal aliens, which I suspect they are.
