Title: Another Handi Approved Shooting Rest!

I've been looking for a better shooting rest lately, the Coldwell BR looked like a good one, but for that kind of money, I wanted more. Found it in the Caldwell Lead Sled DFT, the front rest is adjustable for windage and elevation, and in addition, can be moved back to a Handi friendly position. The deep, narrow front bag is very Handi friendly also, making for perfect fit. It's also easy to break open for reloading without changing anything for the next shot. A big plus is it's heavy at 18lbs all by itself, but an additional 25-100lbs of lead can be added to the tray or over the top rail for really heavy recoiling firearms, like your turkey gun or hot .500 loads!! ;D Not cheap at $199.99 locally, or less plus shipping online, but maybe worth it to some folks. ;)

That looks perfect for the Handi. I always have to raise the receiver on either a rest or a bi-pod. I will have to wait for the price to come down a little, I have too many other barrels on the to-get list.

I have one and I love it. If you look close at my little picture under my handle you will see it look real close ;D It has enough adjustments to it to be used for everything you own.

I have the original Lead Sled and love it......but I bought it just before that one came out....

I'm sooooo jealous.  :D     I really like how that front bag is adjustable front to back.   You can tuck it under the hinge for max accuracy out of a Handi, and I love that second pic with the action open and the rest isn't in the way!!!

I looked at one in Little Rock last week, look's good. Tim, I would think it would be the ticket for that H&H TC too!!
