The name of this thread should be HOG WASH AND B.S THEROIES
and at least one of the contributors should be exaimed and watched very closely for 5-10 years
and give him lots of books to read. ;D :o ::)

Now now Rex, let's not be nasty.  I enjoy reading some of the conspiracy theories here, although most are just too "out there" for my taste.  But us "non-believers" have to realize that to many folks, belief in conspiracies is a lot like religion - and I would never criticize a fellow American's beliefs.  And it is almost as impossible to change those deeply-held beliefs as it is to un-Christ a Christian (for lack of a better analogy).

I try to enjoy the forum and not let the "way out there" folks get to me.  And we have to admit, there have been proven conspiracies in the past.  Who is to say that at least one of the theories in this forum isn't true?

REx,
I look at it as entertainment.  Some of it even gets me thinking.  What's wrong with that?
If some of the items seem a bit "out there" so be it, that comes with the territory.  I feel at some level there needs to be some questioning of authority.  Again, no harm in looking into things.
Now, if some guys take it to the extreme, who really cares? This forum can be very divisive, but we really shouldn't attack anyone personally.  That can ruin a forum, or website, really fast.  I've seen it before and it's no fun to be a part of.  Leave the personal feelings to yourself and disagree on merits only.  If something is just too wacked, then chuckle and go on to the next topic or forum

I don't typically voice an opinion, especially on the "conspiracy" forum, but take everything with a grain of salt and at least "listen" to the other ideas.  Behind all of these theories there must lie some truth....however, I agree that kernel of truth gets blown up into some pretty wild accusations

Take care and enjoy the forums
