Title: DMP swap

Since it's perfectly legal to transfer DMP's perhaps we can use this post as a method.  I have a permit for 4A which I woud like to swap for 4F.  Feel free to add other swaps.

Hey rebAl,

That is a great idea. And actually I do have one for 4F, but unfortunately I don't want to part with it. I wouldn't have anywhere to use one in 4A either.
