First, I have a Savage LH 110 LA , I just had the OME bbl. replaced with a heavy savage bbl. in 308.
Now I'm thinking about adding an aftermarket prechambered fast twist .224 bbl. Logic would say go with a 22-250, BUT a 223 or 222 Rem Mag. sounds interesting.
From shoping I find bolt heads come in RH & LH . Are they action specific ? Bottom line I can't seam to find and 223 bolt heads for a LH long action/
Thoughts & openions please

I had never thought about that, but they would have to be. You cannot use one upside down so they would have to be RH and LH to get the extractor on the correct side.

>:( yep, looks like I go the 22-250 route

I would call and talk to someone at sharp shooter supply before making a final decision.
