Title: Anyone recognize this resizer?

At time 03:42, a tool maybe Lee forgot? Any idea the make? Or maybe just the dimensions. Seems like something one could fabricate if the inside diameter were known.

The resizer shouldn't be too hard to make.  I do question the 60 yard range with bird shot solely on the fact that he is using a roll crimp from a hull previously loaded with a slug.
