Here's a ballistic comparison of the .22-250 to the .223. A better comparison would be the .204 Ruger to the .22-250, the .223 gets left in the dust at longer ranges but has other admirable qualities such as cheaper to reload for or buy ammo if you don't handload. The answer is all of them, starting with the .223...... and hornet, too!!
