Happy Veterns Day

I would belive that many of our members are military veterns, Its always good to say "Thanks for your service and Welcome home."

I think we are dating outselves, gentlemen.  US Army, 1968-72, 8th RRFS, Phu Bai, RVN, 1970-71.

I try to do something this time each year to remember old gone but not forgoten friends.
This year 1st Michigan Battery E  fired 21 rounds from the Parrott echo back by a mountain howitzer.

Veterans day makes me think of my father who marched across Europe in WW2 and my uncle who was killed in France his first week there at the age of 19. I also think of all vets past and present, living and dead and thank them.
