What's your favorite scope for an AR with a flattop?

I have an AR-15 with a 6.8 upper on it that I'm thinking about putting a scope on just in case I want to get better accuracy farther out.  I'm not thinking about the scopes that cost as much as the gun either, something under 300 would do well enough for me I supose.

I put a Burris 3x9x40 with the Balistic Plex reticle on mine. Its a great scope for $179.00 at Natchez Shooters Supply.

Take a look at the Bausch and Lomb 3200 series a 3X9 will set you back about 200 dollars, great optics, repeatable adjustments, sufficent magnification for long shots on the high end, low enough magnification for closer and moving shots on the low end.  Does not have target knobs but it is finger adjustable and I don't really think target knobs are that great of a thing for most applications.  Long range precision rifles are the exception.  Will be sufficent for the full range of the 6.8s capabilities.
