feathers VS vanes

What is heaver feathers or vanes?

what is the typical weight for a vanes?

I am talking about 4" or 5" vanes

Vanes are much heavier that feathers.  If I remember right, a 4" feather is around 5gr and vanes are around 15gr. Even the 2" Blazers are heavier.  I'm at work or I would weight some out for you.
