How did I do?

Buying a 45/70 Handi that has a .44 and a .357 barrel also, both factory fitted. Two scope mounts, the iron sights and a no-name scope. $370.00. My .308 is lonely.

Sounds like you bought it from the guy on AR-15.com that wouldnt split it up...lol

Not a bad price though, barrels are $85 plus $15? fitted.

That is the one. I have traded with him before. Good guy. I don't plan on splitting the set up either, too much fun potential.

Yup, purty decent deal  ;)

Don't sound like your .308 is gonna be lonely much longer ... but if they don't get along, and get to fussin and fightin' lemme know, I'd consider giving one of 'em a new home at my place.  ;D
