Tips on replacing factory sling mounts

Not sure where to begin. Can I just unscrew the old ones and screw in new ones? Do I need specific ones to replace them? I've gotten tired of the standard sling after carrying it around for miles in the woods. Thanks

They just unscrew.
My shotgun had the studs with the ring at the end for the factory sling.
If you want, you could also get a pair of snips and clip the rings out.
That way any aftermarket quick detach sling mount would work on it.
