I've got a Bell & Carlson stock set on my 7400.  It's got the classic style stock, no monte carlo hump.  I got it used on Ebay for about $100.  Brand new set will run about $160, maybe a bit more.  I love it.  Non-slip, solid, and nice to shoot.  Much better than the factory synthetic.  If you aren't in the market for that much money, before I got this stock, I ground off the monte carlo hump on my old stock.  It wasn't the prettiest, but still worked very well.

I'm pretty sure a synthetic stock for a 20 gage 1100 or 870 will work. This is what Remington did to correct my brother's iron sight problem. The post is in this forum somewhere....

I just put a camo Ram-Line on my 7400, it doesn't have the raised comb and puts the iron sights in good alignment.
