I believe these folks made a 40 cal. based on the P-11 frame.  I think it was called a P-40.  Anyone know why they have ceased production of that model?

Too much for small light frame and novice shooters

Novice handgunners had lots of problems with recoil and ftf (limp wrist). Maybe other reasons too.

I'll second that.  Lot's of ftf (failure to feed) issues.  There is just a little too much buck and roar for a pistol that light.  The only way for it to work dependably was to grip it with a death grip and most of us just don't do that all the time.  The pistol needed a little more weight and mass to work dependably.  Then they would have called it a Glock.  If you want a pistol that small and light, get it in a 9mm and just pick your ammo carefully.  44 Man
