Dressing up a pair of Rugers... grips & sights

Hey all,
looking for some advice, I've got an older Ruger Redhawk that is the most accurate 44 I've owned or shot.
It's currently got Pachmeyer grips and Ruger's shallow-V & gold bead front sights. I'd like to try something different, especially in the grip department. Who would you recommend as a good source for after-market grips (I like the looks of wood laminates) and possibly sights - without breaking the bank?

Also, have a Super Redhawk in 454 that hasn't been put thru it's paces yet... I'm not a fan of the standard (blocky) sights, so I'd like to do something there also. Can Redhawks & Super Redhawks use the same sight assemblies?
Any recommendations on grips for the Super Redhawk - maybe the factory "cushioned" grips are adequate?
As far as grips go - I am left handed, if that makes any difference in availabity.
Just looking for experienced Ruger shooters preferences / recommendations.

the best feel on them shooters are hogue wrap around with finger grooves
i think hogue makes the same style grip in laminated wood
never felt em but they sure are pretty

Grips and sights are a very personal thing. I am happy with Pachmayr Presentation grips on my Redhawks, and the original grips on my Super Redhawk and GP100.
The sights between the Redhawk and Super Redhawk should be interchangeable. If you like the v sight and bead setup, you can put it on the other. I believe Brownell's has it.

sorry  but I cant abide by ruber on a single action. On a double action stainless gun maybe but thats about it. I take that back i do have houges on my blued ppc gun
