looking for a gunsmith

I was looking at having the throat of my 45/70 cut longer to use the heavier bullets I bought but have not been able to find a gunsmith in Ohio that would do the job. Does anybody here know any good gunsmiths that you would recommend?

If you don't want to do it yourself, and it is very easy, I recommend Wayne York, but the shipping alone will cost almost as much as to do the ream yourself with a rental.
