Just "GERMAN MADE"?
I have several...They were made in Germany but for other countries.
A German made rifle should not be too hard to find.
It will have the crest from another country other than Germany
though.. Now some of them are getting costly though. Especially in the condition
you seek. Does it have to be a K98? I am aware of some re-enactors that
nothing else will do but I do not know if your mission is the same as theirs?
I have a pretty nice model 1930 J.P.Saur & Son 7.65 mm pistol I may be about
to sell to one. These were officer issue and would be perfect for his uniform.
These re-enactor folks go APE over the real thing when they can find it...
(No offence to other re-enactors). It is a pretty valuable pistol, But I never use it anymore and I am sure he will take exceptional care of it.
