They used to, but I think they've discontinued it in favor of the Lyman-type they sell now, that doesn't flip up (or down), it's like a receiver sight, it's always there.
The old one was built like a very short Creedmoor-type sight, with a lead screw for elevation and a "loosen-and-drift" eyepiece for windage. I don't know where you can find one today, but if you really check every available supplier, you might find one.
