NEF Sportster and the silhouette match
« on: August 07, 2006, 01:57:13 PM »
Would the NEF Sportster in .22 caliber be a good choice for smallbore silhouette matches? Does anyone use one in matches? Seems to me it would work perfect for this type of match witha good 16X scope on top. Breaks down easy, loads fast and single shot.

What are you thoughts? I do appreciate it.

Go for it.  If it will hold center, I do it!

Well I went and got one. Will scope it and report back in a week or two.

It has been a week or two.  Where is our report??  Don't tease me.  As an NEF shooter, I need to know how the 22 works.
Just my Awf Hand comments...
