T/C PA Carbine 1/66 Twist

New to the site need some help. I just purchased a TC PA carbine with a 21" barrel with 1/66 twist percussion. Can someone suggest a load combination for this gun for whitetail hunting. Also why I got your attetion does someone have other twist barrels for sale for this gun. Thanks Recurve59

 if its 50 cal, see  50 cal loads for deer below..... that barrel should be fine for round ball..  round ball is very good for white tail, if you can put the shot in the boiler, which is what one shot and black powder is all about to me... .. dave
