Poly-Choke questions

Back a few months ago, some posted who had sent off for the Poly Choke.  The search isn't working and so I decided to post and see if anyone remembered.  I ve been thinking about the PolyChoke and was just wondering how it worked out and if they liked it.  How it patterned and how it handled slugs.
If anyone rremembers that thread or who the person was,  please post here or shoot me a PM or email.  Thanks

Dave H had the poly choke installed on his gun if I remember right.
