Took the handii out

Well yesterday was opening day of gun season so I took the my handi 30-30 out on her first hunt and did not even see the first deer all day I was the only person out of seven hunting that did not see no deer but thats usually my luck any way I hope that I will be able to hear the handi talk before long Good luck to everyone else.

I went out the other day and saw absolutely nothing for 6 hrs, till the sun just started going down and it was a small doe for 1second. The weather was unusually warm that day I was out though. Still it's frusterating, no doubt.

Well took the handi out again today and also took my wife in hopes of letting her get her first deer. About 4:00 pm four does come out in the field well we get the handi up and ready just waiting for a broadside shot. A big old looking doe is about 20 yards broadside I tell my wife to get ready I look thought the binos to make sure the others are clear and she sees me move and off she goes along with the others. I think she is kinda mad at me now (haha) Maybe next time we will have better luck.
