I have apnea and have a CPAP, two in fact but just cannot seem to adapt to them so I don't use them. I also get precious little sleep and am tired all the time plus have to take short naps often.
I don't really have an answer for your question directly but I do know that JD Jones of SSK Industries suffers from apnea as we do and JD does use his CPAP and takes it with him on all his trips and hunts all over the world. So obviously he has this figured out. I'll bet if you contacted him he'd take the time to discuss it with you. JD's a nice guy even if some folks don't think so. I'm sure he'd be able to help you with the how to of using it in such places cuz he goes on hunts all over and in our previous conversations he did mention he takes it with him and uses it.
