Ithaca 100 20 ga. standard grade

I looked at one today and wonder about the price.  It's probably 85% on the wood and metal, good bores, and the guy wants 795.  I see them on the auction/sale sites for anywhere from 600 - 1100 so it seems like it is in the right range.  Anybody have one or have a thought on the price?

these were made by skb, good guns. IMO, not a steal at this price, but not terribly out of line. Steve
