Brand new rifle, brand new (US made mil-spec) ball ammo, decent set of eyeballs:  2-4" at 100m.

Old surplus rifle, crummy ammo, glasses not focused to work with rifle sights (lolol, dang!) 4-8" at 100m.

Big gut and a bad back 8-16" at 100m.
