I will have a bunch of extra ear plugs again this year for anyone that needs them , remember SAFETY FIRST .

Along with the shooting bench & stool , rest and bags . cooler , sun block , shooting glasses , spotting scope and plan to pick up a new Digi-cam for this year ( need pics )  ;)

Stimpy,

Be sure and take lots of pictures since I will be stuck here again this year. But maybe we can get one together here in Ohio soon. The 21st is supposed to be my last day on 3rd shift, if I can get it to be the 20th I will head over to the other shoot and bug you guys, if not I will be going to bed!

How do you like your 41 GNR?  I have been looking at his .356 GNR conversion for my Blackhawk and Handi barrel.

Don't worry Fuzzy , we will have lots of room , all we need to do is leave your bench and stool on your front porch like last year .  ;D

Peanut , I had one charge last year but was able to stop him with 2 shots from the 45/70 .  :o

Guys I am so jealous. I really want to go. :( I told my wife I want to make the trip next year and that did not go over very well at all. With that being said. Sign me up for next years shoot. :o ;D

i really like the way you guys are going about this, kinda like an African safari.
i grew up in s.w. Oklahoma, had lots of p-dogs then, we hunted them with 22lr and 22mag,
mostly because that was the only thing we had, my dad would have shot me if i had wasted real
ammo on p-dogs. what i liked most about the p-dog towns was they were usually visited pretty
regular buy coyotes, bobcats, and badgers very early in the mourning and very late in the afternoon
good place to call them too. I got in this too late this year but will try to be tuned up next year.
Hope you guys do well and have lots of fun, will be waiting for the reports

One thing some of use are going to bring is target stands in case things slow down. Don't get much 300 yd plus shooting around this neck of the woods.

Kurt;

Several years ago I heard of an outbreak of monkey pox, (whatever that is!) and it was traced to someone live trapping some praire dogs and having them as pets.
So needless to say, leave the dogs where you shoot them.
