Has anyone slugged a recently manufactured 1894 .44 barrel? Now that I have got rid of my oversize .44 Handi I am looking for something to shoot up all those left over cast bullets that I have waiting to be reloaded. Before I invest in one of these I would like to get some feed back. I have an 1894C and an 1895 45/70 and both shoot well. Right now I am just a little skeptical about .44 mag barrels.
