Does anyone know of an inside-the-waist, small-of-the-back holster with an approx. 60 degree angle?

There is a webforum "pistolsmith" which has a section/forum on leather. It is moderated by Louis Alessi (I think) and visited by a number of leather makers.
I am certain you would get good response there.
I know of a few that are adjustable to cant but do not remember any that are IWB/SOB.

Butler, I once thought that SOB would be a good way to carry, but after watching others, I have changed my mind.  If you can conceal an inside the waistband SOB, you can conceal one on your strongside.  SOB holsters are notorius for printing (or exposing completely) if you bend over and catching on chairs when you go to stand up.  Also you cannot protect the gun from snatching with your elbow as you can a strongside.  I saw a gentleman at a motorcycle show that kept holding down his vest in the back as he would bend over or stoop down to look at various merchandise the vendors had.  It was a giveaway that he was carrying SOB.  All of us are different and are confortable with different set-ups, but I find that there are just too many drawbacks to SOB carry for me to be comfortable with it.  I hope it works for you if that is your desire.  44 Man

All true what .44 Man said. There are two main reasons that not one of the top custom holstermakers recommend a SOB design, those are the inability to see a snatch attempt coming and no way to protect against it, and the danger from falling on a large piece of steel carried directly over your spine. It's slower on the drawstroke as well. You can carry at 3:30-4:00 without these problems...Tom

would an off hand--left handed rig--inside the pants rig, with a FBI cant, pulled around to the strong side (right hand) of the spine work??

Fellas I thank you for your sage wisdom and your concern, generally I agree.  I have good quality concealment holsters for every pistol platform I have to include Colt SAA's but I've recently found a circumstance that I'm either going to have to find the holster in question or go to one of the Pocket-Pipsqueek pistols and I don't consider that to be a viable option.

I have one of these Wilson featherweights, don't use it, but it's iwb, and the cant is adjustable to any degrees you want, both ways, with an allen wrench.  Since you can swivel this holster any direction you want, it might work.

I don't use this, it's in my box of holsters, also, I think you can get them a lot cheaper than it shows here.

Butler, have you checked out some of the IWB holsters that allow you to tuck your shirt in over the pistol? I have a Galco Skyops which lets me hide a 1911 GM with a bloused-out dress shirt. I'm not sure what your situation is, but I hope everything comes out all right.
