Katahdin ?

Thanks for all the great information. Now I've narrowed my selection to "Which TC should I purchase?" Again...not much in reviews out there for the Katahdin model of the Pro Hunter. Does anyone have experience with one of these? I'm sure of the quality. I'm wondering about 1) accuracy with a 20" tube. Does it have the QLA also. Then its really a 18" barrel. Thats really short. 2) does it burn a majority of its powder? My ranges are always less than 100 yards and I usually shoot around 100 gr 777 and a 250 or 300 gr XTP or Barnes. What can I expect from this snubnose? 3) can I put a standard 28" centerfire on the frame also? It seems like I should be able to, but the catalogue is not clear on this issue. I can speak for the Katahdin M/L barrel but you can put any Encore rifle, M/L or shotgun barrel on the frame. But I think the 20 inch barrel will well at the range you listed.
