You have just purchased the single finest Big Game rifle available in America!!! I'll have to expound more later as the wife is saying something about spending time with her on Christmas Eve.
You should have no trouble sending 250 grain Noslers out at around 2,350 fps, for Griz etc. With the 200 grain Hornady or Remingtion bullets you've a dynomite deer, antelope load at 2,550 or a bit more. For Elk and Moose 225 Barnes Triple-X at 2,475 should be just right.
For small game up to Coyote etc there are numerous 140 to 200 grain bullet designed for the 357 Magnum revolver that work awesomely when driven at 1,800 to 2,000 fps from your BLR.
