Springfield Armory 1911a1 Series 90
« on: December 10, 2006, 12:42:14 PM »
Does anyone have one of these?  I think i purchased it new in the late 80's or early 90's.  It has the larger sights and its a black parkerized finish.

BigBill - nice to hear from ya!  Mine is a standard GI.  Don't think it meets the specs of the newer ones.  Mikey.

My SA is different its not a standard 1911a1 it has the taller sights from the factory and i wish i knew more about it.  All I know it says Series 90 on the box.

My sa series 90 is a 1911a1 that i purchased in the late 80's or early 90's.  She is a real looker in black park too with the taller sights.
