max/min # of turns of paper?

Just wondering what the max and min # of turns you can use on a paper patch.  I have a .3802" dia bore on my NEF 38-55 gun and have cast bullets available at .368 and .377 dia.  Are the former usable with three turns and the latter at one turn of paper.  Also have jacketed at .366 but would need about .014" for a decent fit.  Any help would be appreciated as kinda new at this. Thanks

I'd try two turns of 20 or 25 lb. paper also and see if it works as well as trying three wraps of lighter paper.
