HERE ARE A COUPLE OF NEW LOADS FROM ALLIANT POWDERS WEB SITE..................

300 gr Speer Uni-Cor HP, OAL 2.530" 
RL 10x   min 48gr  @ 1946  max 52gr @ 2065

400 gr Speer Soft Pt., OAL 2.550" 
RL 10x   min 40gr @ 1554  max 44gr @ 1720

I think Reloader 10X is the replacement for the discontinued Reloader 12 (not a direct replacement so don't use 12 specs).
I haven't tried it yet but I will as it looks promising for my 22-250. I may try it in the 45/70 when I run low on Reloader 7.

Does Alliant say anywhere what barrel they use for their data? Always assumed it was a 24 inch test barrel so reduce my guesstimated muzzle velocity accordingly.
