Does anyone have dimensions or drawing of any of the newer "beltless" .30 or .338 cal mags? I.E RUM, WSM etc. Reason is I found an article in an issue of Guns magazine from 1993(?) by Ed Matunas urging the development of "beltless" mag cartridges that look an awful lot like the current crop. I'd like to compare the current cases to the ones he proposed 10 years ago to see if the manufacturers maybe "borrowed" his idea. Just curious as he's one of my favorite writers.
