barrels for pardner
« on: January 23, 2007, 08:00:59 AM »
Folks  i am sure that this has been asked before , i looked for previous posts and did not see any , so here goes  my pardner is a 2006 gun  ,now question is i know from the faq that a 1999 or newer gun gun can be sent to nef to be factory fitted with a new barrel, does this mean that i CAN/CANNOT fit a say2001/2004   20ga or any ga (i know except 12/10ga ush) to my sb1 frame or even a pre 1999 to my frame?.........thankslj

not at all, you should be able to fit barrels to it just fine....<><.... :)

Yes it appears that you may have caught the bug, but just sit back and enjoy the ride. If your wife enjoys it all the better, no sneaking barrels into the house....<><.... ;D

I know the thriving metropolis you live in has to have a used gun store or pawn shop that might have a 410 or 20ga probably for the same price as getting the barrels when you add in the fitting charge and the shipping. At least you have to have something to play with while the Pardner away.

markus the pawnshops here and even cambridge are own by one group, and man do they ever think that the firearms that they  have in stock are NEW or that they are such rare peices that they have NEW/COLLECTABLE prices   not................ from what ive seen of his inventory,  I was thinking of going to Dover and checking out the shops , of course if you see anything you could save me the drive :)

I got my wife a 28ga Pardner youth model, she loves it. I've got a trap thrower set up in the back yard and she enjoys shooting with me now. We started with a 20ga auto, but it was too heavy for her (7-8lb gun) she wouldn't last for a box of shells, now she can shoot as much as she wants, light recoil good patterns... I highly recommend the 28ga.  ;)

I'll save you the drive. There are no pawn shops in Dover that have guns. I guess crack heads don't need a place to fence the guns they steal here. They always have a few used in stock at Smyrna sporting goods. If you've never been there it's a good place to walk around. Kinda an old timey gun store. A lot of folks don't know the difference between an old gun and a valuble collectable antique.
