I've been shooting the 50 grn in my ultra 223 over IMR 3031 and  CCI magnum primers. At my last trip to the range before winter caught up to us here in NY I shot some 1 1/2 in.groups at 200 yds. So I would say they shoot pretty good out of my 1 in 12 barrel.

Never got to try the ballistic tip as the 50gr v-max shot so good.Don't know the twist of my barrel.I also use IMR 3031,24.5grs.Been playing with some reduced loads using blue dot, shot a nice group at 50 yards using 9grs with 50gr v-max.Weather gets good and I'll try 9-11grs and shoot at 100yards see how they do.
