I have a Bushnell Holosight on my .44 SRH, and it works well, but it sticks up farther than I like. I have a T/C 21/2 X 7 on my 14 in. .223 Contender, and the field of view is terrible after using a rifle 'scope. I've never seen a Red Dot, but I've been wondering about the 2 power Aimpoint for my .44 Mag. Contender for deer and elk out to 150 yards. I have a NIB T/C 21/2 X7 'scope, but I hate to put it on if it isn't going to be suitable. Any one have any ideas which of these would be best? I would really appreciate some input.
