Who has tried the Barnes 150 TSX in their 30/30 levergun?

Hey everyone, I'm just curious if anyone has tried the Barnes 150 TSX in their lever gun either from factory ammo or handloads.  I'm just curious on the results.  A year ago I only handloaded for my 30/30, then I tried the leverolution and my handloads couldn't complete.  I have some barnes 150 TSX to shoot off but I'm curious if anyone out there has had any experience with them.

I have not personally tried this bullet, but I have read from others that they would use no other bullet after seeing what this one can do.  No one has been able to provide a recovered bullet pic, simply because penitration has been the problem.... meaning they just keep on going, so no bullet recoveries from game.

So far I have not needed a premium bullet in my 30-30

I fired some test loads out of my 30/30 the other weekend with these rounds.  They didn't do anything worth bragging about or hunting with out of my rifle.  I'll stick to the leverolution rounds.

I've read that article, and many others that he has written.  For whatever reason, they just didn't shoot too well out of my rifle.  I really wish that they had.

From the comanding price that I have seen for em, wish they had worked well for you as well.  I have not yet begun to reload the 30-30 cartridge, but I will say that the ol standby factory Remington 170-gr core-lock has never failed me or the friends that I know that use them here in NW Montana.
